Payment to the artist will be made on a quarterly basis, sent by the end of the following month. Quarter: January to March Payment Sent By: April 30th Payment Minimum: If the number of image credits accumulated by the artist in any given quarter is at least 10,000 ($50.00 US), payment will be sent. Image credits totaling less than 10,000 will be carried into the following quarter's total. Refund of Image Credits: Images from a refunded member's downloads will have the same number of image credits deducted from the artist's account. ShutterFarm commits to doing all it reasonably can to discourage such refunds. Artist's Expenses & State and Federal Taxes: ShutterFarm will not be responsible for any expenses. Artist shall be responsible for all expenses incurred while performing services under this Agreement - including all applicable income taxes, GST, etc. and, if the Artist is not a corporation, self-employment (Social Security) taxes, etc. |
